Return And Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Jindal Hanger. If you experience any issue with your purchase, our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to provide a simple and transparent resolution process.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory
Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the defective item

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return or replacement procedure.

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective products
  • If the same product is in stock, we will arrange a replacement
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead
Refunds
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In some cases, shipping charges may not be refundable
